Dark web facilitates cybercrime and terrorism by: 1) Providing anonymity to communicators 2) Government can't track the communication and financial transactions 3) Dark net provides platform for sharing of sensitive information among terror groups & sites for potential attacks 4) Personal data of visiting circuits and traded which can be used for ransomware attacks 5) Platform it cybercriminals providing 6) Provide interface platform between terrorists and organized criminal gangs 7) Facilitate cross country financial transactions to individual terrorist 8) Platform it high level terror equipment like bombs/guns etc 9) Act as platform it hire and brainstorm potential terrorist through propaganda 10) Make available cybercrime tools like malware, viruses at lowest cost 11) Display dark pattern it directly plant virus on computer if use of it/she is not careful on dark web
