To what extent, in your opinion, have the ideals of the Preamble been realised in the country's constitutional scheme?

Preamble as mandates by Dr. Ambedkar is the horoscope of Constitution comprises ideas, vision and objectives of Constituent Assembly are Indian Constitution. Preamble successfully realizing the ideals: (1) The ideal of socialism and welfare state are imbibed in government's developmental paradigm ex: MNREGA - (100 days employment) - Land reforms - redistribution (2) Free and fair elections, affording opportunities and background of contesting candidates exposed ICT (Art 324) Unions Republican as dispersers democracy also 73 and 74th CAA (1992) ensuring greatest participation (Art 40 ) DP&P. (3) The idea of principle distance model of secularism leads to accommodation of diverse spirits (Regwar Sharman) (5) India exercises autonomy in foreign policy decisions reflects sovereignty ex: Defence deals with USA and Russia → However some features of Preamble are unfulfilled (11) Oflam support - FI: holding 50% resource reflects inequality question socialism and welfare. (12) Communal violence, ethnic conflict vastly imposes on secularism (13) Stg Electoral monopolies, discriminations in politics ensures democratic erosion. However largely Preamble have been successfully in realizing its ideals, while creating democratic society.
