(4) Right to property - It has now become a legal right under article 300-4. | Supreme Court protects the fundamental rights. (5) Federal courts - Supreme Court protects enforce Bill of Rights. Thus, we saw some difference in rights guaranteed by USA and India. But they are largely similar in their essence & what they try to achieve. We need to continuously preserve individual rights to protect humans from discriminations.
