Lack of funding by general public due to lack of accountability.
Lack of sources for own fund mobilization.
Suggestions for resource mobilization:
Setting up of social organization exchange like (BSE, NSE) and using innovative financial instruments like Sero lougan bonds.
Funding by govt. to organization for last-mile delivery, and playing service delivery gaps at postgram, ministry paws.
Proper auditing and transparency in accounts.
Applying recommendations of Vijay Kumar committee regarding demand-led registration, law and help.
Applying evidemmondations of UrijayKumar committee suggest demand-led registration, law and help. Highways making people utilize participation in development.
