(3) Increasing existing skills like pets (Bajjatan), Forjeker Nagat. Hukkarier Nagi (Delhi) etc. - attracts students to prepare for government job. (adequate infra facility). (4) Inadequate institutional Academic linkage:- Led as from skill after graduation -> There seems government of it is farseable option. (only 54% - India's workforce formally -NSIC. (5) other factors like arising aspiration of New Middle class as a whole pursued awareness, availability of study material ck.
